The variety belongs to the late maturity group. The heads have an almost perfectly round shape and are distinguished by a relatively short core of about 5.30 cm, which contributes to high head density.
The produce is valued for its high content of biologically active substances, in particular phenolic compounds. The variety contains high levels of allyl isothiocyanate and d-limonene, which are responsible for the distinct aroma of fresh cabbage.
The variety is traditionally grown in the area of the cities of Čepin and Antunovac. Among local consumers, it is considered one of the preferred options for fermentation.
