The variety Septdor F1 forms flat-shaped heads with a very dense internal structure. At maturity, plant height is 50–60 cm. The hybrid is suitable for harvesting over a long period from July to October.

The primary purpose of the variety is industrial cultivation for the processing sector, in particular for the production of sauerkraut (choucroute). The plants demonstrate good health status during the growing season.
