The red cabbage hybrid "Texas F1" is a late variety with a vegetation period of 110–120 days. The plant forms dense oval or round heads of dark purple color weighing 1.5–4 kg. The variety possesses resistance to Fusarium oxysporum, bacterioses, internal necrosis, and also tolerates drought and temperature fluctuations. The leaves are succulent, without coarse fibers, suitable for storage for more than 6 months and mechanized harvesting.

The white cabbage hybrid "Texas F1" is characterized as a mid-early variety with a maturation period of about 68 days after transplanting. The plant forms heads weighing 2–3 kg; the leaves have a dark gray or blue-green shade. Resistance to Fusarium oxysporum and black rot is claimed. Specific agronomic data for this hybrid in scientific registries are limited.
