The variety produces a dry matter yield of 11.0–12.9 t/ha, with a seed yield of 0.5–0.7 t/ha. The protein content in the dry matter ranges from 13.5 to 15.1%, and the fiber content from 26.5 to 28.2%.
The plant is distinguished by drought tolerance. The variety is suitable for use in hay and pasture grass mixtures, including for increasing sward productivity in arid conditions, as well as for stabilizing slopes, road verges, dams, and for grass seeding between rows in orchards and vineyards.
