The plant has vertically directed branches, forming a narrow profile. The leaves are dark green, glossy, smooth, oval-shaped, measuring about 3.2 cm in length and 1.9 cm in width.

The variety is distinguished by a high growth rate for a boxwood, providing an annual increment of 45 to 75 cm. It possesses high resistance to common root diseases and maintains its shape well, but is also suitable for topiary pruning.

Recommended for cultivation in USDA zones 6–9. Used in landscape design for creating narrow hedges, screens, and as vertical accents.
