The KLECA16377 variety, known by the trade name StarShine Blue, possesses a dense trailing habit with cascading shoots. The plant reaches a height of about 25 cm with a bush diameter of up to 40 cm. The foliage is small, green, and pointed in shape.

The flowers are tubular, blue-violet in color with characteristic white stripes and a yellow throat. The flowering period lasts from late spring to early autumn. The variety is fast-growing, prefers full sun or light partial shade, and moderately moist soil without waterlogging.
