Variety description

The variety is propagated exclusively by in vitro tissue culture, which allows for the preservation of varietal qualities. The plant is a true biennial and requires a period of winter cooling for vernalization and subsequent flowering.
The flowers are double, cup-and-saucer shaped, reaching 9.5–10 cm in diameter and 4.5–5 cm in height. The coloration combines violet-blue and green, caused by a mutation in part of the petal tissues. Leaves are lanceolate with serrated pubescent edges; plant height ranges from 60 to 90 cm.
Due to the dense structure of the petals, the flowers are characterized by a long vase life. The plant is sensitive to abnormally warm winters and is optimally suited for cultivation in cool climate conditions, including protected cultivation.
