Variety description

The compact plant forms a dense basal rosette of heart-shaped or ovate serrated leaves of medium-green color. The tubular-bell-shaped flowers reach 5 cm in length and are located on sturdy flower stalks resistant to lodging.

Flowering occurs from late spring to mid-summer; if wilted inflorescences are removed, repeat flowering is possible. The plant is winter hardy in USDA zones 5–9 and, under favorable conditions, can actively spread via rhizomes and self-seeding.

The variety is intended for landscaping, including the creation of borders, rock gardens, and mass plantings in semi-shaded areas, and is also suitable for use as a cut flower crop.
