The fruits have an elongated shape at least 17 cm long, they can be straight or slightly curved with a pointed tip. The surface is shiny, smooth or slightly wavy. The skin is thin, the flesh is tender and crunchy. The fruits are harvested exclusively at the stage of technical maturity, when they are green in color.
The pepper has a sweet, delicate taste without pungency. The plant is grown both in open field and in protected cultivation, with harvesting carried out manually from May to December. This variety is a product of centuries of selection and an important ingredient in regional dishes.
