The hybrid possesses high resistance (HR) to potato virus Y (PVY: 0–1), tobacco mosaic virus (Tm: 0) and bacterial spot (Xcv: 1–3). Intermediate resistance (IR) is noted to tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV: 0) and tobacco etch virus (TEV).
