The plant belongs to semi-early forms, has a herbaceous structure, and is highly branched. Height ranges from 50 to 90 cm in open field and from 60 to 120 cm in protected cultivation. Leaves are small, lanceolate; flowering is abundant.
The 'cow snout' type fruits have a square shape with three or four sides, a length of 3–6.5 cm, and a mass of 6–15 grams. At technical maturity they are dark green, and at full ripening they are bright red. The flesh is semi-cartilaginous, with thin skin, sweet herbaceous taste, and moderate aroma.
