The variety BKCELFLM belongs to the group Celosia argentea var. cristata (Plumosa group). The plant is characterized by a broadly upright habit, abundant basal branching and low bush height.

Flowers are bright lime-colored and collected in conical composite spikes. The foliage has a medium green hue, the stem is flattened in cross-section, and anthocyanin coloration at the base is absent.
