The plant has a fast growth rate and forms small, narrowly heart-shaped or deltoid leaves. With a sufficient level of lighting, the appearance of small tubular flowers is possible. The variety maintains the stability of its traits in subsequent generations.
Cultivation requires a well-drained substrate, bright indirect light, and moderate watering with drying of the soil. The plant is used as an ornamental houseplant in hanging baskets. The variety is also known by the name String of Spades, with the absence of variegation being its key characteristic.
