Variety description

The plant is a compact evergreen shrub. Leaves are thin, palmate-divided into 3–7 narrow segments, and emit a spicy aroma when crushed. Foliage color changes throughout the season: from a chartreuse or lime-green shade in winter to golden-yellow during the period of active growth.
The flowering period occurs in late spring, from April to June. The plant produces star-shaped 5-petaled white flowers with a yellow center, which possess a strong sweet aroma. After 10 years, the bush reaches about 60–75 cm in height and 75 cm in width.
The variety is frost-hardy to USDA zone 6, withstanding temperature drops down to -23 °C. The plant prefers well-drained soils and a sunny location; light partial shade is acceptable. To maintain the shape of the bush, it is recommended to perform pruning immediately after flowering ends.
