The Tempter variety belongs to decorative chrysanthemums with a flat inflorescence shape. The ray florets of the plant are colored medium-yellow.

The plant is characterized by high sensitivity to phytopathogens. In particular, the variety is extremely susceptible to Fusarium wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. chrysanthemi, and to bacterial stem pith rot, the pathogen of which is Pectobacterium carotovorum.
