Variety description

The variety belongs to double, spherical inflorescences with a diameter of 12 to 22 cm with long, needle-like ray florets. The plant is erect, reaching a height of 70–100 cm, possesses strong sturdy stems and large pinnately dissected emerald-green leaves.

The plant possesses good immunity, stress tolerance, and resistance to lodging. Due to a short photoperiod response period, the variety is suitable for year-round greenhouse cultivation. Cut flowers retain their decorative quality in a vase for up to three weeks.

There is also a historical garden chrysanthemum variety 'Anastasia', described in 1912, which is a compact plant with pompon-like pink-violet inflorescences and does not belong to the modern commercial cut hybrid group.
