Chrysanthemum «Ares» represents a group of varieties with a clearly defined globular bush shape, the height of which is from 30 to 50 cm. The plant forms double flowers, the diameter of which varies from 4 to 8 cm.
The variety belongs to the early-flowering type; flowering begins in August and continues until September-October. The color of the inflorescences may include pink, lilac, and bronze tones, as well as champagne shades. During the flowering process, the shades may change.
The plant is used as a universal crop for open field, planters, and pots. It possesses winter hardiness characteristics down to -20°C, however, in the conditions of the central region, it requires appropriate preparation for the winter period.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
