Variety description

The garden chrysanthemum variety Etrusko has double-type inflorescences. The ray florets are characterized by a distinct spoon-shaped or saber-shaped form and are colored purple-violet, corresponding to RHS code 69B.

The plant is relatively tall. The stem contains no anthocyanins. The variety is characterized by abundant formation of lateral shoots when grown for cut flowers as a disbudded chrysanthemum.

The flowering period of the variety occurs in October–November. Under controlled growing conditions, the response to photoperiod is approximately 8.5 weeks.
