The chrysanthemum variety «Donchanka» is a product of the breeding work of specialists at the Donetsk Botanical Garden. The plant belongs to ornamental crops for floriculture.

A distinctive biological feature of the variety is its resistance to white rust (Puccinia horiana) disease, which allows it to be used in open field conditions.
