Energy Time is a low-growing pot plant with a height of 10–20 cm and a dense bush structure. Leaves are dark green, pinnately lobed, and range in size from 5 to 7.5 cm.

The flowers are of the single type and have a solid red-dark purple color. In commercial cultivation, the use of growth regulators may be required to control plant height.

The variety is demanding of light and regular watering during the growing season. It is part of a series of varieties united by the common group name Time.
