The chrysanthemum variety Hoof Lane is recorded in international variety registers and is used in industrial floriculture. A detailed description of the appearance, color, and agrotechnical characteristics of the plant is absent from open publications.

During entomological studies, the variety demonstrated relative resistance to Spodoptera exigua larvae. When larvae fed on the leaves of this variety, a slowdown in their development and a decrease in final body weight were observed compared to other tested samples.
