The variety is a small-flowered garden chrysanthemum. Breeding work on it was carried out by specialists at the Donetsk Botanical Garden using methods of intervarietal hybridization, chemical mutagenesis, and the involvement of natural species, such as Chrysanthemum zawadskii.

The plant is recommended for introduction into the practice of green construction and ornamental gardening. The variety is part of the botanical garden's modern collection and is characterized by vigorous bush development and abundant flowering. In public sources, the variety is also mentioned in the context of cultural and historical symbolism.
