The Pitstop variety belongs to the Asteraceae family and is intended for cultivation as a pot or patio plant. To form a high-quality habit, it is recommended to pinch the tops of the shoots during the growing process.
The plant requires good lighting, ventilation, and cultivation under protected soil conditions or in cold frames. When grown in protected soil, the maintained temperature should be at least 10°C.
The variety is susceptible to pest infestation, including aphids, whiteflies, spider mites, nematodes, and plant bugs. Among diseases, there is a risk of infection with grey mold, powdery mildew, and white rust of chrysanthemums.
