The Proxima Violet variety is a highly branched plant forming a regular sphere. The bush height varies from 20 to 50 cm, with dense dark green foliage. The inflorescences are small, up to 4 cm in diameter, lilac-colored with a darker shade in the center.

The plant is used as a border and ornamental crop for open field cultivation. Flowering begins in early September and is characterized by high abundance.
