The Vyking variety belongs to the group of cut spray chrysanthemums. The inflorescences are single and daisy-like, with a flower diameter ranging from 4 to 10 cm depending on growing conditions. The flowers are gathered in racemose inflorescences, which creates an effect of lush flowering on the stem. The foliage is dark green.

The base petal color is bright yellow; there are breeding variations of orange and dark colors. The plant is intended primarily for floristry. The variety prefers well-drained soils, full sun or light partial shade, and requires regular watering.
