The variety is intended for cut flower production and is characterized by a high stem. Due to stable vegetative development indicators, it is often used in experiments to evaluate the efficacy of biological plant protection agents, as well as in studies of flower diameter and flowering dates.

The variety is widely in demand in commercial greenhouses practicing year-round cultivation cycles. In scientific literature, "Yellow Snowdon" appears as a model object, but detailed information regarding its breeding basis, parental forms, or specific disease resistance is absent.
