The Gigi series (known in patent documentation with the Yogigi prefix) belongs to the multiflora group. The plants possess a compact, rounded shape and are capable of intensive self-branching, which allows the bush to form without special pinching or additional supports.

Plant height ranges from 30 to 60 cm. The varieties are early-flowering, with the flowering period occurring at the end of September. The inflorescences are characterized by a dense structure and high plant uniformity. The plants are universal in use: suitable for containers, hanging baskets, and landscape plantings.

The varieties of this series were obtained primarily through natural mutations of parental forms. Winter hardiness of the plants is limited; in the conditions of central Russia and Siberia, they are often grown as a container crop with relocation to a cool room for the winter period.
