Variety description

The Zembla Brasil variety is a large-flowered ornamental chrysanthemum. The plant has erect, branched stems, the height of which reaches 70–100 cm in open field cultivation, and may be limited to 50 cm in pot culture.

Inflorescences with a diameter of 10–15 cm have a lemon-yellow color with a characteristic light green border along the edge of the petals. The variety is responsive to disbudding, which allows for the formation of one large flower per stem.

It belongs to late-flowering varieties with a flowering period in September – November. The plant possesses winter hardiness within USDA zones 5–7, is characterized by good transportability and long vase life.
