Kidman F1 is a vigorous plant with long stems and well-developed foliage, which provides sun protection for the fruits. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation in open field and temporary plastic tunnels. The maturity period is 65–75 days after transplanting.

The fruits have a tiger-striped pattern and possess good transportability. The flesh is characterized as juicy and crisp, with a sugar content of 11–13%. As the hybrid is triploid, the presence of pollinator plants in the field is mandatory for successful fruit set.

For optimal results, the use of rootstocks such as Ferro F1 or Cobalt F1 is recommended, which influences fruit weight and planting density. The planting density varies from 5–6 thousand plants per hectare when using a rootstock to 7–8 thousand when grown without one.
