The variety is an autochthonous cultivar selected as a result of long-term adaptation to the climate of eastern Slavonia. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and lush vegetation, belongs to early-maturing varieties, and possesses good yield potential.

Fruits have a round shape and a weight from 3 to 8 kg. The rind is dark green, almost black, and relatively thin. The flesh is bright red with a pronounced sweet taste; seeds are black. The variety is intended for commercial production and for the preservation of the genetic diversity of local crops.
