CU 1812 is a breeding line used in programs to improve coffee resistance to the coffee berry borer and other threats. The plant has medium height and plagiotropic branch architecture.
The line is distinguished by resistance to coffee leaf rust. The plant's high productivity is associated with good solar radiation interception rates, which positively affects yield.
