Variety description

The plant reaches a height of 1.5 to 4.5 meters at maturity. The branching pattern is horizontal, resembling a pagoda. Flowering occurs in May–June with creamy-white flowers in corymbose inflorescences, followed by the formation of black-blue fruits.
The variety is winter hardy and suitable for use as an accent plant in landscape design. It prefers sunny or semi-shaded sites with well-drained, slightly acidic or neutral soils; it is sensitive to waterlogging.
