Variety description

The plant forms a clump about 25–30 cm in height and diameter. Leaves are delicate, fern-like, with a soft blue-green or dark green shade. Tubular flowers of canary-yellow color are gathered in spike-like inflorescences and are distinguished by their large size and high density compared to the parent forms.
The flowering period lasts from May to July; in a cool summer, it may continue until autumn. The variety is deciduous, with the above-ground part dying back for the winter. It is recommended for hardiness zones 6–9 and withstands temperatures down to –20...–25 °C. The plant prefers well-drained, humus-rich soils and may enter a state of dormancy during a hot and humid summer.
