Variety description

The tree reaches a height of 10–12 meters with a crown width of 2 to 6 meters. Leaves are broadly ovate, dark green in color, with a cordate base and doubly serrated margins. The trunk and branches are covered with decorative corky bark.

Yellow-brown male catkins appear in February-March, female flowers are purple-red. The variety produces very few fruits, which eliminates site littering with nuts.

The plant possesses high drought and wind tolerance, as well as a deep root system providing soil fixation. The variety adapts well to the conditions of limited urban space and is resistant to diseases.
