Variety description

10 August 2026

The leaf blade has a light green or olive shade with a pattern of red veins; young leaves may be brownish. The plant height varies from 10 to 30 cm, making it more compact compared to other forms of the species.

The plant is intended for decorating the foreground and midground of an aquarium. It is undemanding to conditions, preferring water temperatures of 22–30°C and pH 6–8. The growth rate is medium; the variety is prone to shedding leaves upon sudden changes in environmental parameters.

The appearance of the plant depends heavily on lighting, soil composition, and carbon dioxide supply. In commercial sales, the variety is often presented as meristem cultures.
