The Ahlam F1 melon belongs to the mid-early hybrids. The plant has vigorous growth, good foliage, and balanced development, demonstrating high yield and the ability to maintain marketability for a long time in open field conditions.
The fruits are oval or oval-oblong in shape, uniform in size, and reach a weight of 2.5–3 kg. The surface is covered with a dense net, the white flesh is characterized by juiciness and a sweet taste, and the seed cavity is of medium size.
The hybrid has high resistance to Fusarium wilt (Fom:0-1) and Melon necrotic spot virus (MNSV). Moderate resistance to powdery mildew (Px:1, 2, 5) and resistance to Sf 5 have also been noted.
