Mokaya F1 melon belongs to the Harper type. The fruits have a round shape and are covered with a net, their size is classified as 9–12. The dark orange flesh has a high density, which ensures good transportability and storage potential.
The variety is early-maturing. It possesses resistance to powdery mildew (races 1, 2), Fusarium wilt (races 0, 1), and melon aphid. It is intended for commercial production and is adapted to the climatic conditions of California and Arizona.
