Early Charentais hybrid with vigorous growth. A characteristic feature is that there is no need for pinching (pruning) of the plant, which simplifies its care.
The fruits have a round shape with a netted surface. The rind is grey-green, the flesh is orange, juicy and aromatic. The average fruit weight is 1–1.8 kg.
The hybrid is resistant to powdery mildew and aphids; the fruits have resistance to cracking and good keeping quality. Suitable for cultivation in the open field, greenhouses and tunnels. Previously, it was mentioned in a number of sources under the name «Rubens».
