ActiveCucumis sativus L. · Cucumber
Monstanto Vegetable, NL
10 August 2026
The hybrid is ultra-early, the period from germination to fruiting is 40–45 days. The plant is vigorous, open-type, possesses a strong root system and regenerative capacity. In each node, 6 to 8, sometimes up to 10 ovaries are formed.
The fruits are cylindrical, large-tuberculate, dark green. The flesh is firm and crunchy, without bitterness; the fruits are not prone to overgrowing and yellowing. The hybrid has high transportability.
The plant is resistant to cucumber mosaic virus and powdery mildew, exhibits tolerance to downy mildew. It tolerates heat, atmospheric drought, and low light conditions well, which is why it is recommended for summer-autumn crop rotation.
The hybrid is of universal use, suitable for growing in open field and protected cultivation. It is used for fresh consumption, pickling, marinating, and also for producing gherkins.
