The Demeter F1 hybrid is a parthenocarpic cucumber intended for cultivation in greenhouses and tunnels. A specific feature of the plant is its "low-pruning" growth habit, where significantly fewer lateral shoots are formed after the start of fruit-bearing, which reduces the need for pinching.

The plant belongs to the early-ripening group. It possesses intermediate resistance to powdery mildew, cucumber mosaic virus, and cucumber vein yellowing virus.
