Fitness F1 is a vigorous plant intended for cultivation in greenhouses on a trellis. The fruits are smooth, dark green in color, reach a length of about 40 cm, and possess a pleasant aroma without bitterness.

The variety is intended for fresh consumption. The plant possesses resistance to powdery mildew. To maintain fruiting, it is recommended to pinch the top of the shoot after the formation of 2–3 fruits.
