The plant has vigorous growth. 1–2 fruits are formed per node, which are distinguished by a very dark color and the presence of spines. The fruits retain their marketability at high temperatures and long daylight hours. The recommended transplanting period lasts from February to September.

The variety has intermediate resistance to Cucumber vein yellowing virus (CVYV), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), and powdery mildew (Px).
