The Saticoy hybrid, also known as H-152, belongs to the slicing cucumber varieties. Plants of this variety are less attractive to cucumber beetles, which helps reduce the risk of infection by bacterial wilt, which is transmitted by these pests.

The variety possesses genetic resistance to downy mildew and cucumber mosaic virus. When working with the variety, it should be noted that the same name is also used for melon hybrids that have different biological characteristics.
