The hybrid is early-maturing; the period from germination to the start of harvesting is 37–39 days. The plant is indeterminate, vining, weakly growing, with weak branching, and a predominantly female flowering type. In each leaf axil, 1–3 to 5–8 ovaries are formed.
The fruits are oval-cylindrical in shape, 8–10 cm long, 3.5–4.1 cm in diameter, and weigh 90–110 g. The fruit surface has large tubercles and black spines; the skin is green with white stripes and a whitish tip; the flesh is without bitterness. The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, and canning.
The plant is relatively cold-hardy, resistant to Cladosporium cucumerinum and cucumber mosaic virus, and tolerant to powdery mildew and downy mildew. The hybrid is grown in open fields, under temporary film shelters, and in greenhouses. Since the variety is bee-pollinated, the seed package contains about 10% of pollinator variety seeds.
