Vlaspik is a gynoecious hybrid, for which the use of a pollinator variety is recommended during cultivation. The plant is characterized by high adaptability to environmental conditions and stress tolerance, as well as concentrated fruit setting.
The fruits have a cylindrical shape and dark green color, the length-to-diameter ratio is 3.1–3.2. The variety possesses high resistance to anthracnose, Cucumber mosaic virus and scab, as well as intermediate resistance to angular leaf spot and powdery mildew.
