Arenborner Walze is a specialized variety obtained by crossing a squash with an oilseed pumpkin. The plant forms a bush and begins to bear fruit early. The fruits have a cylindrical shape and are colored with green-yellow stripes at the full maturity stage.

The seeds of the variety do not have a hard seed coat and are suitable for consumption without peeling. Young fruits are used in cooking similar to regular squashes. Harvesting is carried out from August to October when sown in May. When growing, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 80x100 cm and avoid cross-pollination with decorative pumpkins.
