The Bianco di Sicilia variety, also known as Lungo Bianco di Sicilia, is a historical variety of Italian origin of the Cocozelle group. The plant forms a vigorous bushy shrub. The variety is open-pollinated, not a hybrid, and is early-ripening with a period from emergence to fruiting of 45–60 days.

The fruits have an elongated-cylindrical shape; their length at technical maturity is 20–40 cm. The fruit surface is slightly ribbed; the color changes from light green to creamy-white. The flesh is firm, cream-colored, with a buttery consistency. The plant is characterized by stress tolerance and a long fruiting period until frosts.

The fruits are suitable for all types of culinary processing, including fresh consumption, and possess good keeping quality upon maturation.
