The variety is mid-early, with harvesting beginning approximately 55 days after planting. The plant forms a compact bush 40–60 cm tall and does not produce runners.
The fruits have an elongated cylindrical shape. The skin is dark green with lighter green stripes. The fruit flesh is white, tender, crisp, and aromatic. The best culinary qualities are found in young fruits 10–20 cm in length.
The variety is of Italian origin and belongs to the Cocozelle type group. It is an open-pollinated (non-hybrid) variety, which allows for independent seed collection. The fruit usage is universal; the variety is characterized by its productivity and long fruiting period.
