The variety is early or medium-early with a period from germination to fruiting of 50–55 days. The plant forms a compact bush, prone to slight branching as it develops. A characteristic feature is the spherical light green fruits with white speckles and a marbled pattern.

The fruit flesh is creamy white, firm, and tender. The best taste qualities are manifested at the milk ripeness stage when the fruits are the size of a tennis ball or orange. The variety possesses intermediate resistance to powdery mildew and is an heirloom variety suitable for seed saving.

The fruits are suitable for consumption in raw, fried, stewed, and canned form, as well as for soups and stuffing. In addition to the fruits, the flowers of the plant can also be consumed. When growing, it is recommended to maintain spatial isolation from other cucurbits to prevent cross-pollination.
