The growing season of the variety is about 100 days, with harvesting taking place from August to October. The plant is described as bush-type, although some descriptions indicate it is vining. The fruits are cream-colored, vary in shape from flat-rounded to cylindrical, and reach a weight of 1 to 3 kg.

The flesh has a mild flavor and acquires a spaghetti-like structure after 30 minutes of boiling a mature fruit. Young fruits are suitable for consumption with the skin. The variety is versatile for culinary use, but the mature fruits have a limited shelf life.
